Why the English Legal System Creates Injustice

I have always found criminals - and I’ve met a few socially - to be more honest than policemen or lawyers - and I’ve met a few professionally. Which becomes relevant because I have just been called up for Jury Service in England at the beginning of June, one month after the UK DVD release of “Killer Bitch” - the crime movie I financed which arguably contains more criminal performers than any previous British movie ever made.
I have never seen any TV show or film which reflects the reality of the English judicial system. In the movies and on TV, the court attempts to find out if the accused is guilty or not guilty of the crime. Everyone is examining the facts of the case.
In reality, the police have investigated a crime, found a person who may be guilty and presented the evidence to the Prosecution Service. If they then think there is a good chance of conviction, the prosecution goes ahead. So the starting point is that the accused is presumed guilty unless he/she can pay to get themselves found innocent.
The court then employs a prosecution counsel to get the accused found guilty. If there is evidence which proves or implies that person is innocent, it is the prosecutor’s paid job to have that evidence withheld and hidden. Their paid job is not to find the truth but solely to get a Guilty verdict.
The accused person has to buy the services of a defence lawyer whose paid job is to get him/her found Innocent even if they are guilty. If there is evidence which proves or implies they are guilty, it is the defence counsel’s paid job to have that evidence withheld and hidden. The jury is there not to decide whether the accused is guilty or innocent, but to decide whether the prosecution or defence lawyer has made a better case. The jury is there to decide on a beauty competition between liars who have trained for around seven years in lying, deceiving and manipulating the perception of reality. It is a bit like scoring ice skating - points for style, content and technique.
No-one is there to examine the evidence because the police have already done that and the Prosecution Service has decided the accused is more-likely-than-not to be guilty (otherwise the case would not have been brought). The court is there solely to judge on the presentation of the evidence by the two lawyers trying to develop their career.
I remember a few years ago, a judge dismissed a jury member who had been going round the crime scene trying to find out what happened. The judge told him that it was not his job to find out what happened: he was there solely to listen to the presentation of the evidence.
That must have been one of the few times a straightforward truth has been told in an English court

But what is your alternatives in mind? Or is it just what a specie cannot out perform itself? As truth is never something within human grasp, what can we do better than argueing?
I really hope there are ways out, clearer and cooler minds are mandatory but far from ingredients for a qualitative change.

I was arrested, for the first time , a surviour of domestic violence, i decided not to put anything in my name for fear of being found. I, along with my son were residents in two women's refuges and we moved around alot to avoid my x's continual violent attention. So i put my car in my aunts name along with other documents to support the requirement to remain untraceable. A cousin came to stay, and I changed my documents to her name after she changed her name. I lent my car to my half brother, he proceeded to
lend it to others (without my knowledge), as a result the keeper (my cousin)recived loads of speeding tickets to cut a long story short we tried to resolve the issue via letters then my cousin opted out, ad hoc returns but more or less refused to help thought it was not her resoposibility to sort not her car or brother some of the letters she did wrte werent that helpful anyway, actually neigher were mine, she was ill, but i was medicatated and got confussed, which didnt help but still the facts remained, neight she i or my partner was driving, i asked that the drivers was summoned. and for photos, of the drivers, neither was done , neither cousin or brother or the other drivers came 4ward, this started in 2008, and yesterday i was found guilty by a jury supposedly of my pears, non of which from my race.
I could go to jail, jail, im now a contvicted criminal?? , i cant beleive it, i just cant, i cant focus cant sleep cant eat i had dificulty managing since this started. Im in my late 30s i could go to prision for perverting the course of justice and fraud as the insurance was not in my name and they did not believe my reason for documents not in my name and of the course my brother and cousin was a no show and i suppose they thought i was driving, who would believe a brother not coming 4ward for his crime , i later found during the duration of his case he lost his driving license, and had it returned, i have no previous of anything, and the offences took place right near where he lives at about 12 at night, plus he and i live so far apart. Im suffering deppresion due to this.
there is some thing wrong with our system when it is only what you can prove not truth, so what happens when the truth is not beliveable. Im so devastated i can not even explain, and im still in shock, i just cant believe it , i just cant beleive it, all i did was try to help people out , all they had to do was come. now my partner , aunt , my son are suffering, my most of all , i must live with this, if i cant appeal, theres alot more theres another case adjacent ( related), which could result in a ban again for somthing i did not do , how does this even occur, i swear, i dont know how people survive this type of incident.
I can not be the only one found in this situation, im innocent yet i still feel so ashamed. i could be parted from my child as prison is what you get for these offences, i cant believe by brother was a no show,sorry for going on , but this has thrown me in a state im struggling to recover from. the system has riverted me numb but full of emotional stress. I dont think i can live with myself under these circumstances, a criminal me, miss all ways called goody 2 shoes, me , a criminal how do i explain to my 12 year old that, when he too knows the truth from being here and living through it, he wont understand why i was found guilty, my partner is sickenned by the jury and is determine that he hates the country and wants to leave as it has flawed his already illed preceived perception and was the last straw, my aunt is in disbelife and wants to leave the country also making plans, and me, Im just crying ad hoc uncontrolabily.

I have two minor incidents that show just What an ASS the UK courts are.
One case where a judge said she was going to withold evidence from the police and another were I was told to plead guilty for something I did not do and they agreed I did not do.so that a motorist could get paid by an insurance company fraudulently after causing an accident.But to do so they would not throw the book at me.
Twice the law acted in only what can be described as corupt then we slag off other countries for corupt. We should learn to keep our mouths closed regarding we are just the same.I would also like to hear from other ordinary citizens that on civil matters have had the same experiences
